Pricing is based on the size of the space, frequency of service, and specific cleaning needs. We offer both hourly rates and flat monthly packages. Custom quotes are available after a site assessment.

Not at all. Many of our clients provide access instructions and trust us to clean while they’re away. Your property and privacy are always respected.

We take great care with your property. In the rare event of damage, we will report it immediately and work with you to resolve it.

You can schedule or cancel a service by phone, email, or through our website. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a rescheduling fee.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll return to address the issue at no extra cost. Once a post-cleaning inspection has taken place, and deemed to be satisfactory, any other spot-checks that require coming out again would be charged at our regular rates.

How do I pay for services?

We accept payments via e-transfer, credit card, or direct deposit. Invoices are issued monthly, and payment is due within 48hrs unless otherwise agreed.
